Follow these simple steps, and visit our front office to check for any additional requirements and guidelines.
Welcome to LaFollette Elementary!
To enroll your student, please bring the following documents:
- Birth certificate
- Up-to-date immunizations on the TN Department of Health certificate (proof of physical is required for out of state transfers)
- Proof of address
Turn all documents in to the front office for processing. You will be asked to fill out all necessary paperwork before your student can be enrolled.
